You are living your best life when your mind and body are balanced and healthy. Often we think the best way is the easiest way. Obviously, if we are truthful with ourselves, we know this isn't necessarily the case. One has to wonder what those medications really do...are they a band aide or do they actually address the root of the problem. I have always taken a holistic approach to healing and re-aligning my body when it needs it. This is not to say you can't or won't treat ailments without medication, but perhaps there are other options, if you are able and willing to try. Again, please don't take this statement to read that medications are never right or the proper protocol. This is to say, in certain situations and in certain instances, there may be options that will assist in controlling or diminishing symptoms.
